Bungalow has a long-standing relationship with ad agency Nelson & Gilmore, who are well-known for their innovative and highly successful work in the real estate industry. When Fifield Companies presented Nelson & Gilmore with the challenge of creating a brochure for their project, The Californian, they turned to us. The goal was to design a brochure that would reflect the elegance and exclusivity of the building itself.

Together with Donahue Printing, we produced an oversized book, vertically oriented to reflect the proportions of a hi-rise building. The cover is constructed of paper-backed book binding silk, custom pasted to a sheet of Reich Shine. A metallic vellum fly sheet, tinted foil stamp, and a Suedetex envelope add to the richness. To showcase the magnificent panoramic city views, we created a book within a book, printed on shimmery Curious Metallics to capture the sparkle of twinkling lights. Overall – a pretty yummy package.
